When you arrive at Riverland Husky, you will be heartily welcomed and introduced to your tour guides. We will take you to your changing room and help you prepare for your adventure!

We will teach you how to operate the dog sledge safely, how to stop, and how to communicate with the huskies. Each sled will have 4-6 dogs pulling two people, one seated and one driving. Everyone will get an opportunity to ride the sled through Reisafjord’s amazing natural landscape.

During the evening trips, if the weather is clear, you might even get to see the magical Northern Lights! We will make a stop at our cabin to enjoy some traditional Norwegian cuisine and hot drinks by the campfire. We also have a vegetarian alternative.

You will have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the opportunity to ask us any questions or play with the huskies.
