summer SEASON IN NORDREISA
guided summer ACTIVITIES
Reisa Lodge offers guided summer activities in the Reisadalen area and in nearby Reisa National Park. During the summer season, we take guests on river boat trips along the Reisa River, where they can experience the valley, waterfalls, and surrounding nature. We also offer guided packraft trips on the river and fishing experiences for guests who want to try local fishing in the area. These activities give guests the opportunity to explore the landscape of Northern Norway and experience nature during the summer season with a local guide.
A long scenic guided trip on a traditional river boat up the Reisa River to one of Europe’s largest waterfalls, the 269-meter-high Mollisfossen. We take you there through the impressive rocky canyon of Reisa National Park. You get to know one of the last European untouched wildernesses in a very interesting way. Welcome onboard!
Season: June – October
A unique combination of a traditional river boat trip and a true wilderness hike. Explore some of Europe’s most impressive waterfalls, the 269-meter-high Mollisfossen and the absolutely breathtaking Imofossen, a natural gem hidden deeper in the Reisa National Park. We take you on our river boats as far as the river allows, and then for the rest of the distance, we will hike through the most spectacular part of the whole Reisa Valley.
Season: June – October
Do you want to explore Reisa National Park at your own pace? We can take you to Mollisfossen waterfall or even higher with our riverboat, and then you can packraft back to civilization and on your own. Welcome to 90 km of ever changing impressive Arctic river scenery and solitude.
Season: June – October
The nature in Reisadalen, together with surrounding Finnmarksvidda and nearby Lyngenfjord, create undoubtedly the most diverse and the most impressive part of Norway! The variety of different types of landscapes is truly mindblowing.
In every year season, we can take you to the best (currently accessible) local places, where you can take your dream photos.
Season: All year round activity
Reisa Lodge started as a world-class salmon fishing lodge. Some of the most famous salmon fishermen got their record catch in our clean Reisa River. The salmon is currently protected until 2025, but we can offer you other kinds of adventurous fishing here in the Nordreisa region.
